how do I access therapy?

I currently offer all sessions virtually, from the comfort of your own home. Telemedicine or telehealth services provide access to therapy remotely through a secure, HIPPA compliant, online connection. Telemedicine provides clients with the  comfort and convenience  of not having to travel far from home or miss work for their appointments. Current research findings show being able to access counseling services from the comfort of your own couch can be as effective as traditional therapy for many people.
